Turkey Processing and Butcher Class

From Gobble to Table, Visit the farm and learn how to take a hertitge breed turkey from the pasture to the table. Cost includes two participants and a live turkey for the class. We will cover turkey anatomy, humane dispatching, scalding, plucking, processing, and lastly, chef will teach you how to prepare a turkey for cooking.
