Learn from both a farmer and professionally trained chef how to both process and butcher a chicken step-by-step.

This class will teach you how to raise dual purpose meat birds and the skills and equipment it takes to slaughter, butcher, and package a broken down and whole chickens. Class includes lunch. Participates must be 18 and older, younger can audit with an adult.
